Utility Data Analyst

Who you are: The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills and experience working with Survey123, Field Maps, Power BI, and mapping tools. This role is essential in developing KPIs to support quality initiatives, managing survey data workflows, and reporting for electric utility clients. Responsibilities: Develop quarterly targets, and weekly, monthly, daily targets to align with quarterly targets. Generating reports to ensure received surveys from data collection systems are meeting specified targets. Breaking down the targets into capital, expense, High Fire Risk Area and Non-High fire risk areas. Generating reports to ensure scheduled data drops available to the field team are sufficient to meet the production targets. Working with the clients IT team to ensure smooth population of the data. Generating Daily Operating Review and Weekly Operating Review reports in PowerBI. Merge disparate reports into one central PowerBI to track Distribution, Transmission and Substation As-Built (Virtual) surveys and field surveys all in one place with one clean and easy to digest report. Collaborate in person at our clients’ offices in the Bay Area. Required Qualifications: Must reside in California within client service territory Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a remote environment Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or related field preferred Experience in Forestry, Arboriculture, or Horticulture a plus Preferred: Analyst experience in the Electric Utility sector Proficient in ESRI tools, such as Survey123 and Field Maps Strong experience with Power BI, Excel, and reporting dashboards Familiarity with ArcGIS, Python, and SQL Experience working with data QA/QC practices Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, the ability to multi-task, and attention to detail Must be skilled with technology and possess basic computer and smart phone skills Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus Occasional travel in the

Compensation Range:
$50 - $60 per hour Location:
