SUMMARY The Title Clerk for vehicle sales processes car deals. Verifies accounting and prepares legal transfer documents for the DMV. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Prepares tax and title documents. Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV. Prepare stock cards for new and used vehicles. Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department. Post vehicle sales and purchases primarily wholesale units. Input inventory control information. Report new-car and certified pre-owned sales to the manufacturer. Prepare trade-in vehicle jackets. Ensure that name and address files are updated on an ongoing basis. MARGINAL DUTIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Bring plates for customer pick-up and contracts to be overnighted downstairs to the operator the same afternoon they are processed. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate runner errands with others in the office. QUALIFICATIONS
