Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide hands-on patient care in the Regional Medical Unit at FCF, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assignments may include the Emergency Room, Long Term Care, Unit for the Cognitively Impaired, and Infirmary. Schedule: Days, evenings, and nights, with a minimum of 8 hours and the potential to extend to 12-16 hours as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in providing quality nursing care in accordance with institutional procedures.Accurately transcribe, prepare, administer, and document medications and treatments.Utilize Virtual Office Ware (EMR system) for patient documentation.Monitor and report changes in patients' health status to supervising RNs.Ensure patients receive proper nutrition, hydration, and hygiene.Maintain a safe and secure clinical environment.Follow all facility security protocols and participate in mandatory training.RequirementsActive LPN license.Minimum 1 year of professional and clinical experience.CPR and First Aid certification (required).Must successfully complete a 3-day medical orientation and security training.Must pass a background check and fingerprinting.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a secure setting.Benefits:PTOVacation payBonus payHealth insurance401kWhy Join Us: Join Cedar Park Med and experience a company that genuinely values your growth and success.
