Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / ERP Testing Lead to guide the testing strategy and execution for our ERP implementation in the home interiors industry, with a strong focus on flooring, cabinets, countertops, and related products. This role will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and reporting on all testing activities for Infor M3 and its integrated systems. You will lead key testing events, enforce testing discipline across teams, and ensure the solution meets business and operational needs.Key Responsibilities: •Testing Strategy & Executiono Define and lead the comprehensive testing strategy for Infor M3 and its integrations, including SIT (System Integration Testing), CRP (Conference Room Pilots), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)o Ensure coverage of industry-specific business processes (e.g., product configuration, order fulfillment, inventory, and installation for flooring, cabinets, countertops)o Drive end-to-end testing efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and business readiness•Leadership & Coordinationo Manage cross-functional testing teams including IT, business users, and external vendorso Hold team members accountable for developing and executing detailed test cases and test planso Facilitate defect triage, monitor issue resolution, and adjust test cycles as needed partner with a 3rd system implementation partner (Infor)•Progress Reporting & Metricso Track and communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to project stakeholders and leadershipo Deliver clear and actionable reporting throughout all test phases•ERP & Integration Focuso Serve as a subject matter expert in Infor M3 ERP, particularly for workflows supporting the home interiors sectoro Oversee testing of ERP integrations with third-party systems such as CAD/visualization tools, logistics, e-commerce, and CRM platforms•Travel Requirements o Travel up to 25% or more during major testing events to support on-site collaboration, test execution, and workshopsRequired Qualifications: •5+ years of ERP implementation and testing experience, ideally with Infor M3•Deep understanding of business processes in the home interiors industry, particularly for flooring, cabinets, and countertops•Demonstrated leadership of SIT, CRP, and UAT phases across integrated systems•Strong test planning, documentation, and coordination skills•Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, HP ALM, JIRA)•Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications: •Experience with make-to-order and configure-to-order manufacturing processes•ISTQB or similar software testing certification•Familiarity with automated testing tools and methods Location: •Remote position with travel up to 25% or more during testing phasesEEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
