This 307-bed, multi-campus organization offers a full spectrum of care, including acute medical, surgical, critical care, and specialty services, and is nationally recognized for its quality outcomes.As Nursing Director, you will provide operational and clinical leadership for assigned departments, supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. This is a 24/7 leadership role with responsibility for staffing, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple units.
