Through collaboration with industry leaders in aerospace and advanced manufacturing they are successfully working on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of precision manufacturing. You'll have an opportunity to be involved with a fast-growing company shaping the future of metal 3D printing.They are in the process of starting their Series A round and need a talented and experienced fundraiser. This position can lead to a full-time role as CFO after the raise is complete.The ideal candidate will have:Raised equity funding of $50M and more either through equity or debit or combination of bothUnderstand the Grant system and how to acquire them from the Government or other organizationsBeen critical to the successful growth and involved in an exit of at least one startup in the last seven years; must have taken one company public 10 plus years of experience in finance at the VP or C-level in a startupBe well connected with Tier 1 Venture CapitalistsSuccessful history of making presentations to potential investorsExperience in operations and helping a company grow through strategic vision and knowledge of manufacturing best practicesCreate successful investor presentations, and work trade shows, conferences etc. as needed to build industry awareness of product line with other team membersAble to travel as neededFull time employment includes:Bonus of equityFull medical, dental, and vision 100% paid by the company for employees and their families.
