Internal Medicine-Peds opportunity in Mattoon, Illinois - Located 3 hours from Chicago; 2 hours from St Louis; 1.5 hours from Springfield, IL - Service area of 50,000 peoplePosition Details:

  • Seeking a Internal Medicine-Peds Physician for a solo provider clinic
  • Clinic shares a building with a walk in clinic
  • Established practice is currently covered by an APP
  • 1:4 call
  • 33 days of time off
  • MD/DO
    • Compensation and Benefits Details
  • FM - $300,000 + bonus based on RVU production
  • IM/Pediatric - $315,000 + bonus based on RVU production
  • $40,000 sign-on bonus
  • $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
  • Quality bonus potential, 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)
  • 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
