In this role you will be responsible for the assembly or sub-assembly of electronic and electromechanical parts and components.
This is a first shift position, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay is dependent upon experience and only candidates with relevant electro/mechanical assembly experience will be considered
Responsibilities: Responsible for the assembly or sub-assembly of electronic and electromechanical parts and components. Will work under a microscope as needed utilizing small hand tools to produce parts from schematics/engineering drawings Follows techniques used in the process of wiring, installation, soldering or cable harnessing. Utilizes appropriate machines and tools to install, mount, fasten, align, and adjust parts, components, wiring and harnesses. Performs minor repairs to damaged or rejected products. Examines and tests assembly at various stages of production to identify errors. Discards or corrects assembly when appropriate. Maintains record of assembly process, progress, and problems. Performs any other duties as assigned. Requirements:
Must possess a collaborative team-oriented mindset and personality with a hands-on can-do attitude. General knowledge of assembly processes and procedures. General time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organization skills. Ability to keep workspace clean and adhere to all safety rules and company policies. Ability to use PCs and various software applications. Must be able to examine schematics/ engineering drawing and work orders to determine work duties. Proficient in use of assembly equipment, tools and measuring devices preferred
Pay Details:
$18.00 per hour
