PSP III Schedule / Availability:

Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Pick 3 days)

Saturday 8:00 am - Sunday 9:00 pm (Every weekend)

Shifts are assigned within this time frame

(35 hours per week)

Compensation: $20.25 per hour

This employee will be given a company vehicle for work-related and personal use OR a $100 monthly stipend.

*This is a float position and will be required to work throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

In this roll you would be responsible for:

Training new staff as they enter the program on the Individuals that the FS Program serves

Be available to serve individuals with a combination of high or low behaviors, high or low medical needs, and high or low functioning individuals in a variety of ways including personal cares.

Working within several different programs (1:1 In-Home and Respite)

Administering medications

Cooking and help with housework

Providing constant supervision

Transporting individuals to appointments and community events using personal vehicle

To be considered for position with us, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or older.

Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle

Possess strong English communication skills

Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)

Be able to pass a criminal background check
