Your role and responsibilities

Design and enable client's end to end content supply chain transformation including content creation, review and approval, digital asset management (DAM), claims management, and modular content

Implement client's E2E content supply chain operating model

Lead requirements elicitation for client's Vault Promomats implementation

Collaborate with other Senior Consultants supporting key deliverables and timelines

Hone digital asset management (DAM) processes and bring modular content development to the Life Sciences industry

Develop content analytics dashboards and identify insights for the end to end content lifecycle

Ensure quality of data best practices in Veeva PromoMats and adherence to client's standards

Create and coordinate a key user community with client stakeholders as required

Manage the day-to-day operational support and service for all users at local and global levels as required by client

Lead the Veeva PromoMats business administration: User access management, enhancement requests, etc. as required

Extend/enhance usage of PromoMats capabilities with client to enhance business performance and compliance consistently across enterprise

Ensure business system continuity for client as required

Required technical and professional expertise

Direct experience with Vault Promomats implementation

5+ years in end to end content supply chain transformation including content creation, review and approval, digital asset management (DAM), claims management, and modular content

Consulting experience with proven ability to lead requirements elicitation for large, complex customers

Track record of success leading internal teams and partners to deliver measurable business results

Knowledge of FDA and global regulatory requirements for marketing and promotional materials

Experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for enterprise customers in healthcare or life sciences

Ability to critically and objectively interpret and evaluate information to effectively influence at the executive level with strong communication

Skills in problem resolution, negotiation, dealing with ambiguity, the establishment of effective processes, influencing without authority

Travel up to 50% of the time
