Provider Enrollment Specialist

Location: Remote or in Office Helena, MT

Salary: $16-$17 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Flexible, Monday - Friday

About the Provider Enrollment Specialist role:

Process Medicaid provider enrollment applications, revalidations, and updates.

Inform providers about enrollment requirements and assesses provider needs.

Verify images of provider enrollment documents.

Ensures accuracy and completeness of data.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience working with Medicaid/healthcare insurance

Desired Skills and Attributes/Successful candidates will have the following skills:

One-year medical insurance or medical office experience

Ability to communicate clearly and confidently

Ability to multi-task

Ability to analyze new situations and apply problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt to and incorporate new technologies

Ability to manage time effectively

Attention to detail

Grammar and spelling accuracy

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $16.00 -$17.00; based on experience
