CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Business Analyst position for our client in Austin, TX.

Location:

Austin, TX (Hybrid Remote)

Duties: Perform advanced, senior-level business analysis to support multiple projects, with a focus on early childhood integrated data systems. Conduct user experience (UX) design to ensure effective and user-friendly system interactions. Collaborate with product teams and key stakeholders to develop and implement design solutions grounded in user research and best practices. Serve as liaison between program/customer stakeholders and the software development team, translating business needs into technical requirements. Participate throughout the software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to post-implementation enhancements. Develop and manage user stories, use cases, and wireframes that align with UX and business analysis standards. Lead business process re-engineering and recommend improvements for software process flows. Skills:

Strong elicitation and documentation of system requirements through customer interviews In-depth knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLCs) Expertise in business process re-engineering and improving process workflows Skilled in developing user stories and use cases based on industry best practices Proficient in designing UX mockups and wireframes Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills Strong writing capabilities for technical and business documentation Experience:

8+ years eliciting and documenting system requirements 8+ years working within SDLC frameworks 8+ years improving software process flows and re-engineering business processes 8+ years writing user stories and use cases 8+ years creating UX mockups and wireframes 5+ years in communication facilitation and writing/documentation 3+ years working with Modern Requirements (Preferred) 3+ years working with Atlassian Jira (Preferred) 2+ years experience with state or local education agencies (Preferred) 1+ year working with Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program (Preferred)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
