Senior Financial Analyst
who will play a pivotal role in supporting business performance through in-depth financial planning, cost analysis, and strategic insights. This position is ideal for a self-driven finance professional ready to collaborate with leaders across departments, drive process improvements, and contribute to long-term financial success.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Financial Analyst:
Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year business plans
Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools for leadership review and decision-making
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results; identify trends and variances and present findings
Drive cost analysis, track plant-level KPIs, and recommend actions to improve operational efficiency
Support month-end closing activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit documentation
Implement automation and business intelligence tools to streamline reporting and increase accuracy
Partner cross-functionally with operations, corporate finance, and auditors to ensure compliance and results alignment
Contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives within the plant finance function.
Minimum Requirements for this Senior Financial Analyst:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
Minimum 7 years of finance experience (3+ in accounting)
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and with SAP and Oracle Hyperion is a plus
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial planning systems
Demonstrated ability to manage financial models, reports, and business performance metrics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and cultures.
