Job Description
Role and responsibilities
Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of AEM applications.
Apply specific functional knowledge of AEM platform to help guide the design and implementation of the solution
Participate and conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews and initial client discover work
Responsible to prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use case and work-flow diagrams and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Work with client business owners & partners to develop AEM implementation strategy & roadmap.
Ability to lead team and client meetings and to clearly articulate the solution being developed with all the stakeholders along with ability to walk stakeholders through AEM authoring, site assembly, DAM setup, etc.
Lead scrums team to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI
Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management
Skills & Experience
3+ years broad experience in working with AEM platform
Prefer AEM Certified Business Practitioner
Domain knowledge for Financial Services and digital marketing (web analytics and SEO) is desirable
Have a deep understanding of the AEM platform and standard methodologies around implementations
Experience in working with both backend (AEM) and front-end UI development teams in parallel as well as with creative design teams
Previous consulting experience managing enterprise customers
Experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements
Must have experience authoring website using Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs, requirement traceability matrixes, work-flow diagrams and use-cases
In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
Understanding of business value related to features and functions
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
