The Kuiper Electronic Supply Chain team is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager to drive coordination and improvements of functional testing of PCBAs within the supply chain.

Key job responsibilities

Develop and deploy test maturity models for functional testing and provisioning at Project Kuiper's global network of contract manufacturers

Own the functional test and provisioning architecture, ensuring consistent processes, tooling, and metrics across Kuiper's manufacturing partners

Drive the implementation of automated functional test and provisioning solutions to enable scalable, high-quality production

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to define test strategies, identify gaps, and continuously improve test coverage and efficiency

Establish key performance indicators and reporting to track and improve test effectiveness and provisioning throughput

Manage the lifecycle of functional test and provisioning tooling, including procurement, maintenance, and upgrades

Provide technical leadership and guidance to contract manufacturer teams on best practices for functional testing and device provisioning

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience

5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
