What You’ll Do
Assemble delicate surgical instruments on a collaborative production line
Learn and master one sub-assembly task with hands-on training
Use fine tools like tweezers and screwdrivers for detailed work
Operate a laser-welding station in a cleanroom environment
Stay focused and accurate while performing repetitive, high-impact tasks
What You Bring
Great hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
Ability to stand for long periods and stay engaged
Comfort working with small tools in a clean, regulated setting
Willingness to learn and work any shift
No prior experience required — full training provided!

Cleanroom setting with specific attire (no makeup, nail polish, or jewelry)
Closed-toe shoes and ankle-covering pants or skirts required
Expect to be on your feet and moving throughout your shift
Shifts & Pay
1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:40 AM – 2:40 PM —$18.50/hour
2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:40 PM – 10:40 PM —$20/hour
3rd Shift: Sun–Thu, 10:40 PM – 6:30 AM —$21.50/hour
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
