Responsibilities for a Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner include but are not limited to:

Analyzing and managing complex or technically challenging workers' compensation claims Calculating and assigning timely reserves and benefit payments Managing the litigation process and negotiating claim settlements within authority Identifying subrogation opportunities and preparing state filings within statutory timelines Candidates for Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner must meet the following requirements to be considered: Minimum 5 years of workers' compensation claims management experience Strong knowledge of California WC laws and claims procedures; JURIS experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management systems What's in this Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner position for you? Pay Details:

$50.00 per hour
