Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.This individual will ensure appropriate communication amongst the entire project team and stakeholders. You will have a strong understanding of the customer's business and marketing requirements and lead assigned implementation team projects ensuring the quality of deliverables are met on time and within established budget.

Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be coming into our office 2 days a week andgiven the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation. Installations may involve acceptance of capitalized equipment or enterprise software systems, or system integration or consulting projects/engagements. May work at client site from time to time. Typically involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams. Project is typically focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products with primary goal of improvement of customer satisfaction through the use of technology. Project management skills, rather than technical skills, are key, however a strong technical background is often required to manage competing interests. Typically oversees schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.-Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work-Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education-May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise-Requires in-depth knowledge and experience-Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services-Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions-Works independently, receives minimal guidance-Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experienceFunctional Knowledge:-Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplinesBusiness Expertise:-Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketLeadership:-Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirementsProblem Solving:-Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationImpact:-Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policiesInterpersonal Skills:-Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive project management experience

5 years of experience within financial services, preferably private debt, accounting or syndicated loans

Working knowledge of Gira

Go-getter with a can-do attitude

Possesses strong ability to understand and communicate issues

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Outstanding team leadership and cross-functional team management skills

Extensive testing experience

Strong working knowledge of MS Project

Ability to analyze and document business and technical processes and workflows

Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and the ability to interact with all levels in the organization

Strongorganizational/conflictresolution skills with a polished and professional presence

An energetic, positive and innovative attitude, working as a true team player and facilitator to bring their project to a successful delivery

Salary Range: 100,000.00 120,000.00 USD annual
