28.00 per hour. Summary:
Transports chickens from broiler farms to the plants by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Drives a truck to transport chickens from the broiler farms to the plants. Picks up chickens at the farms. Delivers chickens to live haul. Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations. Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and water. Binds and unbinds cages. Must comply with all D.O.T. and State driver training and documentation requirements. Supervisory Responsibilities:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year of verifiable driving experience, clean driving record and PSP Report. This position requires a Tank Endorsement. Previous Live Haul experience a plus. Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate hours of service, complete log book pages and calculate and report hours worked. Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must have a Class-A CDL Drivers License. Must have no major driving violations and be able to pass a D.O.T. physical and drug test. Physical Demands:
