We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled OT Security Support Specialist to join our team in supporting Illumio-based micro-segmentation and security policies across Operational Technology (OT). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, cybersecurity, and industrial control systems, with a focus on diagnosing and resolving issues related to segmentation, connectivity, and security policy. Responsibilities: Serve as a primary support contact for Illumio-related issues affecting OT systems. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and segmentation issues related to Illumio PCE/VEN deployments. Support ongoing micro-segmentation and policy implementation efforts across OT and IT networks. Collaborate closely with security teams, IT network engineers, and OT personnel to resolve segmentation exceptions and policy conflicts. Review and analyze traffic flows using tools like Illumio PCE and Wireshark. Assist with onboarding new assets into the Illumio environment and ensure they are appropriately labeled and have the appropriate policies applied. Maintain documentation of configurations, issues, and resolution paths to support knowledge sharing and ensure high-quality ticket responses. Monitor network health and Illumio VEN status to ensure optimal operation and system protection. Developing processes to track and report the effectiveness of asset protection. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related discipline - Preferred 23 years' Linux & Windows experience, Information Security Controls, Internet Development Architecture & Design, and Technical Knowledge & Software Investigative team player with big picture thinking Familiarity with SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and other industrial control systems (perferred).
