Align IT Asset Management with broader IT Service Management functions, integrating seamlessly with Configuration, Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.

Drive ROI and operational efficiency through strategic analytics, optimized acquisition and licensing strategies, and disciplined process execution.

Ensure full compliance with security policies and standards related to IT asset governance and control.

Establish and maintain robust, approved processes for managing and tracking the complete lifecycle of IT assets, licenses, and maintenance—from procurement through retirement.

Deliver IT Asset Management contract requirements on time, with accuracy and accountability for all deliverables.

Manage end-to-end logistics for asset shipping and disposal, ensuring adherence to all compliance and process standards.

Lead physical and virtual audit initiatives, perform root cause analysis (RCA) for noncompliance, and drive corrective action plans—including continuous improvement efforts across technology, processes, and workforce training.

Required Qualifications:

Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

ITIL Foundations v4 certification.

2+ years previous hands-on experience working with DoD Asset Management systems and processes.

Prior work in support of large-scale DoD or enterprise IT programs.

Familiarity with government property accountability systems and disposal regulations.
