Our client, a leader in HVAC manufacturing, is seeking an Assembly Operator to join their team. As an Assembly Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing of high-quality heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a safety-first mindset, and a commitment to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Operate and monitor production machinery used in the manufacturing of components for HVAC systems.
Perform final assembly, part sorting, tear-down, washing, and other tasks following detailed process control documentation.
Track inventory of materials and finished products
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent
required
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
Basic mechanical skills and ability to follow instructions
Strong math skills and attention to detail
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
