CT Product Launch Squad Lead

The CT Product Launch Squad Lead position is an exciting opportunity for a high-energy individual interested in driving critical initiatives that tie together the value of Bayer's Radiology portfolio for customers, such as the preparations for the launch of our next generation CT Fluid Delivery injector Actargo, as well as the re-launch of our contrast media Ultravist in the North American market. As the CT Product Launch Squad Lead, you will accelerate sales growth through the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans for such brands while also connecting to the rest of Bayer solutions in the CT market.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a comprehensive product launch strategy for Actargo in North America, aligned with company goals and the overall objectives of the comprehensive CT fluid delivery portfolio;
Implement strategies to re-engage customers with Ultravist, leading cross-departmental teams to ensure cohesive execution of the re-launch plan;
Lead all aspects of North American Actargo and Ultravist launch planning, including strategy development, KPI setting, customer solution development, and flawless tactical execution;
Leverage data-driven insights to spearhead the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and agile programs;
Drive the development of North American launch strategy, brand strategy, agile promotional strategies, brand-specific congress content, and other key initiatives;
Work across product and customer squads to communicate and execute brand initiatives to ensure successful tactical activation and pull through;
Drive development of core branding, positioning, and messaging consistent with, and in support of, an above-brand "Why Bayer" value proposition;
Provide subject matter expertise and clinical acumen for the overall CT fluid delivery and contrast media market in the USA;
Ensure alignment and communication of marketing strategies with field teams by partnering with various squads such as Product & Pipeline Portfolio Squad, Customer Squads, Medical, and Learning & Development;
Assist in the PRT process for the approval of advertising and promotional materials as required;
Manage thought leader engagement and brand-specific content for events, such as congresses, speaker programs, and ad boards;
Partner with Advanced Analytics and Customer Insights teams to create, monitor, and report KPIs;
Conduct field rides to gain customer/field insights and feedback;
Contribute to an environment that fosters learning, open communication, trust, teamwork, and fun to create a high-performing team.
The primary location for this role is Whippany, NJ, however, candidates located in Indianola, PA will also be considered. Relocation allowance may be offered for this role.

Required Qualifications:
Must have one of the following:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of relevant Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Marketing/Product Management/Brand Management experience, OR
Masters Degree or MBA with 7 years of relevant Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Marketing/Product Management/Brand Management experience;
Extensive knowledge of all principal areas of marketing required, including developing marketing strategy, personal/non-personal tactical development and execution, KPI setting/performance measurement, and agency management;
Proven ability to synthesize complex information, market data, and financials to develop business cases and formulate action plans;
Expertise and proven ability to influence without authority and drive highly matrixed teams to deliver on strategic priorities;
Experience leading in-country commercial teams;
Prior experience in other markets and geography will be a differential;
Ability and experience working with above-country teams;
Experience in shaping the long-term strategy of countries;
Passionate and self-motivated individual who thrives in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment;
Flexibility and willingness to act as a change agent with demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire colleagues;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pharma/Medical Device New Product launch experience strongly preferred;
Experience in the US market is strongly preferred;

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $193,888 to $290,832. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
