Company DescriptionJob DescriptionNETZSCH Pumps USA is looking for a motivated, experienced CNC Machinist for their Exton, PA facility on the 1st shift. This position is responsible for the operating and programming of Mazak CNC mill/turns using Mazatrol, CNC Saw, and manual equipment.NETZSCH Pumps & Systems is a global specialist in complex fluid management, with our employees' well-being and our customers' satisfaction as our top priorities. The CNC Machinist 2 will complete the following duties among others:Set up, operate, and maintain various CNC machines, including mills and lathesRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specificationsPerform quality checks and ensure parts meet required tolerances and specificationsTroubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtimeMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocolsCollaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiencyMonitor and maintain inventory of materials and toolsPerform routine maintenance on CNC machines and related equipmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification in CNC machining preferredAt least 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a shop environment.Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including mills and lathesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with accuracyExpertise in using precision measuring instruments and quality control techniquesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and organizational abilitiesUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standardsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processesAdditional InformationNETZSCH offers a full benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, Life, STD, LTD (eligibility begins 1st of the month after hire), 401k with Company match plus profit sharing, tuition reimbursement and generous paid time off.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
