Qualifications: Must have two years of relevant experience, CNC programming (G-code), CAD/CAM software (preferably Autodesk Inventor and Fusion 360). Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine machining requirements. Set up and operate both CNC and manual machines, selecting appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials. Edit CNC programs and adjust machining parameters such as speed, feed rate, and coolant flow. Inspect first-run and in-process parts to ensure compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot machining issues and perform routine and preventive maintenance. Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve tooling and production efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation and support team members with machining or assembly-related challenges.
