Our client is continually exploring innovative approaches to enhance their manufacturing processes and deliver top-quality tube mills and re-cutting solutions. Due to ongoing and anticipated growth, they are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to support and advance their organizational goals.
Job Description
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Conduct process checks and inspections to maintain quality standards
  • Collect and analyze data using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods
  • Apply structured problem-solving tools such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and 5 Whys
  • Perform Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility (R&R) studies and manage gage calibration activities

The Successful Applicant
  • Background in metal or machining manufacturing preferred (experience in plastics is also applicable)
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Solid understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills , including experience with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Auditing experience is a plus , but training can be provided
  • Sponsorship is not available for this position
