Role Summary:
The Senior IT Systems Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure within industrial and operational technology (IT/OT) environments. This role requires deep technical proficiency in Windows systems, networking, cybersecurity, and system architecture to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable bioprocessing solutions. You will serve as the technical lead for system administration and collaborate across engineering, cybersecurity, and manufacturing teams to develop and support Client products.

Key Responsibilities:
Systems Design & Support
  • Architect IT systems with a focus on security, scalability, and industrial compliance
  • Administer Windows systems, Active Directory, group policies, and network appliances
  • Implement automation and standardization for system deployment and maintenance
  • Support on-site product implementations and remote troubleshooting

  • Security & Compliance
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to apply industry standards (IEC 62443, NIST, ISA 99)
  • Deploy anti-malware tools, vulnerability scanners, application whitelisting
  • Ensure product security risks are tracked, evaluated, and addressed


  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • W ork across engineering, manufacturing, and product teams globally
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and project reports
  • Support pre-sales and quotations for custom IT integration needs

  • Qualifications:
    Education:
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM field (7–10 years of experience)


  • Technical Skills:
  • Windows system administration (Active Directory, Group Policies)
  • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Network configuration (switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and tools
  • Scripting/automation skills
  • Preferred: Experience in industrial OT environments, global teams, or regulated industries


  • Top 3 Must-Haves:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Windows system administration
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Expertise in system design and network architectures
