The Supplier Quality & Development Organization is responsible for securing the best performing supply base in quality, reliability, and safety. In this role you will be directly supporting the Gas Services Regional Service Americas business by qualifying, monitoring, and developing suppliers globally.

  Supplier Qualification: Support a multi-functional team throughassessing supplier capabilities, auditing supplier quality managementsystems & processes.

  n

  Product and Process Qualification: Lead multi-functional teams inconducting Product and Process Qualification (PPQ) for commodity partsbased on relevant process descriptions and procedures.

  n

• n

  Perform supplier oversight and source inspections. Inspectionsperformed to ensure product quality and conformance to standards,specifications, drawings, etc.

  Supplier Development: Support supplier evaluation based on regularanalysis of supplier quality. Initiate and implement supplier qualityimprovement programs, detailed root cause analysis and define appropriaterisk mitigation measures at the supplier. Track implementation andeffectiveness of measures.

  Nonconformance Management: Identify and initiate containment on anyidentified non-conformances. Follow-up with corrective action asnecessary.

  Typical equipment of suppliers in scope includes valves &actuators, skids, heat exchangers, piping, pressure vessels, and otherlarge fabrications. Handle various Supplier Quality & Developmenttools and databases. Experience with SAP preferred. Ensure data qualityand transparency!

What YouBring

  Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrialengineering, or in a related field; alternatively, equivalent experiencewill be taken into account. An equivalent combination of education,training, and experience will be considered.

  At least 5+ years preferred professional experience in supplierquality management or quality management.

  n
n
• n

  You have technical experience with manufacturing processes(machining, welding, cutting, coating, special processes, etc.). AWS CWIcertification preferred. Solid understanding of valves, piping, heatexchangers and electrical on fabricated fluid control systems.

• n

  You have experience performing supplier qualification, product/process qualification & supplier development. Experience reading andinterpreting technical drawings and schematics.

  n

• n

  Knowledge and experience in auditing. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 Lead Auditor certification preferred. You are familiar with NationalCodes and Standards (ASME, AWS, ASNT, AMPP, NEC etc.).

  Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% ofthe time!
