Groupleader Final Finish 2 / Cleaning

*** Position Overview**

Final Finish 2 general labor includes primary responsibilities such as decaling the boat, cleaning the boat, assembling loose parts (seat assembly and tops/covers), packing lose items in the boat, reworking units that have flaws and/or gaps, and shrink wrapping the boat.

Essential Job Functions

  Decaling, cleaning, packing, assembling loose items, reworking, and shrink wrapping

  General hand tool and air tool experience

  n

• n

  Be able to caulk and seal gaps on the units

  n

• n

  Ability to read and understand quality control forms, and fill them out

  n

• n

  Experience with quality control and inspection

  n

• n

  Experience with shrink wrapping

  n
n
