12.6 Drupal Analyst or Tester - State of New York

Job Description: Drupal Analyst/Tester
The Office of the State Comptroller (OSC), State of New York, is seeking a Drupal Analyst/Tester to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting requirements analysis and defining design specifications.
• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and scenarios.
• Managing the requirements life cycle to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
• Providing on-the-job knowledge transfer and training to other team members.
• Assisting with testing new features and functionalities to meet project objectives.
• Troubleshooting and debugging technical issues as they arise.

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site work at 110 State Street, Albany, NY, up to two times per week, as directed by OSC. Candidates must adhere to a 40-hour workweek during OSC business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding New York State holidays.
Mandatory Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience in business analysis.
• At least one year of experience in testing a Drupal CMS.
• At least one year of experience building a Drupal CMS, including creating and configuring content types, taxonomies, views, and themes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional experience exceeding the minimum qualifications (business analysis, Drupal CMS testing, and building).
