The Operations Assistant provides organized and proactive support for our manufacturing and administrative operations. The Operations Assistant will handle essential tasks such as shipping, procurement, vendor management, invoicing, and various administrative functions to support seamless day-to-day operations. This position is integral to ensure that our processes are efficient and that customer and supplier interactions are managed professionally and accurately. Main responsibilities: Shipping Coordination:
Prepare and arrange shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers, including packaging, labeling, and connecting with carriers. Procurement of Materials:
Order and maintain stock levels of recurrent raw materials, coordinating with suppliers and operations to ensure availability for manufacturing. Vendor Management:
Work with external vendors for specific manufacturing processes conducted offsite. Ensure clear communication and quality standards are met. Customer Invoicing:
Generate and issue customer invoices accurately, as part of the shipping process, collaborating with the finance team as needed to resolve any discrepancies. Administrative Support:
Perform a range of standard administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management, as well as supporting the operations team in other duties as required. Requirements
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in operations or administrative support is preferred. Job Details Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this job.
