Job Details:
Earn $0.40 - $0.45 per mile
Detention pay: $20 - $25 per hour
Drop and hook pay: $45 per stop
Live load/unload pay: $55 per stop
Driver load/unload pay: $45 per stop
Hazmat loading pay: $20 per load
Refrigerated loads pay: $40 per load
Crosstown loads pay: $25 per load
Driver assist pay: $25 per load
Empty moves pay: $25 per load
Empty search pay: $20 per hour
Mechanical breakdown pay: $20 per hour
Mechanical tractor repositioning: $20
Rail delays: $20 per hour
Refused delivery pay: $35 per load
Truck order not used: $20
Waiting on truck pay: $20 per hour
Overweight rework pay: $20 per hour
Yard checks pay: $20 per hour
Safety training pay: $20 per hour
Mandatory in-person roundtables and safety meetings pay: $25 per hour
New hire training pay: $200 per day
Holiday pay: $220 per day
Last 6-12 months: Drivers averaged annualized earnings of $81,500
