Position Overview:
As a Lead Application Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications, software solutions, web services, and APIs. Your technical expertise and collaboration with subject matter experts are essential in guiding the planning and execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop web services and applications, translating custom user requirements into effective solutions. Utilize ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript to create high-performance web-based software that meets security compliance standards. Conduct troubleshooting of applications and integrate infrastructure, including Active Directory authentication with IIS servers. Oversee the deployment of applications via CI/CD pipelines and optimize using cloud-based environments. Design, create, and maintain stored procedures for SQL Server and Azure SQL databases, ensuring data integrity. Manage schedule operations and maintenance of web servers with a focus on IIS security compliance. Qualifications: CompTIA certification required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience in developing cloud applications, ideally with Azure expertise. Extensive knowledge of web development using ASP.NET, C#.NET, JavaScript, MVC, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong proficiency in SQL Server development and T-SQL for data-driven applications. Understanding of OAuth authorization services in ASP.Net Core for enhanced security. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitLab for CI/CD version control and collaboration. Experience with service desk ticketing processes and escalation procedures. Familiarity with U.S. Department of Defense security requirements is a plus. Eligibility Requirements: Must hold an active Secret Clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen; dual citizens are not eligible. Compensation for this position will vary based on a range of factors including location and individual experience. The base pay range for this role is $108,400 - $203,400 USD.
