Pay Rate:
$27.50 per hour ***$1500.00 SIGN ON BONUS*** JOB SUMMARY This role involves the safe and efficient delivery and pickup of containers to customer locations while fostering positive customer relationships. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate a commercial truck equipped with a patented lift mechanism to load and unload containers at customer sites. Conduct and document daily pre and post-trip inspections of the commercial vehicle and lift equipment. Flexibly accept additional delivery requests to align with business requirements. Utilize a company-issued handheld computer for delivery confirmation and navigation. Handle forklift and/or overhead crane operations as required. Clean and inspect containers to ensure they are visually appealing for customer delivery. Manage rental paperwork and payments with customers efficiently. Communicate effectively with the Driver Lead or Market Manager regarding customer inquiries or issues. Perform repairs of containers and lifts both in the field and at the storage center. Assist with storage center operations as necessary when required. Maintain a clean and organized truck cab, free from debris. Carry out additional duties as assigned. MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Reports to Management, typically a Market Manager or Territory Manager. This position does not have direct managerial responsibilities over other employees. PAY RANGE:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Valid CDL Class B License required, without air brake restriction. Must maintain a valid driver’s license. Must meet PODS Driver Qualification Standards. Minimum age requirement of 21 years (for insurance purposes). Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate or ability to obtain a minimum of 1 year certification (DOT requirement). Preferred experience with electronic equipment and software. Ability to perform basic math skills essential for the role. Equivalent combinations of education, training, or experience will be considered.
