Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to develop and implement advanced data analysis, machine learning techniques, and LLMs to drive innovation, efficiency, and decision-making. The role offers a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities Conduct complex data analysis, build predictive models, and identify trends to improve underwriting and risk assessment. Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency. Leverage large language models to automate document intake, improve interactions, streamline claims, and support risk evaluation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Stay updated with AI advancements and apply them to insurance challenges. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security with large datasets. Communicate findings through detailed insights and visualizations to stakeholders. Support additional ad hoc projects as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Ph.D. preferred in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in data science, focusing on AI, machine learning, and LLM integration. Proficiency in Python, R, SQL; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Azure, Databricks is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Industry experience in financial services is desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Team-oriented, positive, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
