Role Overview: BIP US is expanding its Endur consulting practice and seeks experienced Technical Developers with deep expertise in commodity or energy markets, trading, and risk management. You will lead Endur implementation projects, applying your technical skills in deal modeling, valuation, risk analytics, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting within the commodities and energy domain. Experience with the OpenLink Endur trading platform and related technologies is mandatory. Do not apply if you lack this experience. You will ensure successful client engagements and contribute to the growth of BIP US's Energy and Commodities consulting capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Act as a technical expert on Endur, guiding across the development lifecycle. Lead solution implementations, including customization, configuration, upgrades, and data migration. Design scalable, maintainable, and integrated object-oriented solutions within Endur. Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements and manage change. Analyze and improve existing business processes and systems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery exceeding expectations. Provide industry and functional expertise to align system solutions with business goals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage scope and expectations. Prepare technical documentation and review team outputs for quality assurance. Skills & Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Endur Development, including JVS and/or OpenComponents (Java or .NET C#). Proven ability to integrate Endur with external systems and data feeds. Strong knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server, including design and performance tuning. Proficiency in .NET C# and/or Java for custom modules and integrations. Familiarity with Endur Gateways, Accelerators, and Grid configurations. Knowledge of key modules related to commodity/energy trading. Experience in configuring workflows and business logic within Endur. Practical experience with Jira, DevOps tools, and GitHub. Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure, bonus for ION Cloud or IEM experience. Knowledge of test automation and environment management tools. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on Endur experience as a senior developer or lead, ideally with version 19 or above. 7-10 years of relevant industry experience. Key contributor to at least two large-scale Endur projects in sectors like Gas, Power, Renewables, LNG, Agriculture, or Oil & Refined Products. Deep understanding of Endur's architecture, QA, and testing. Experience working in globally distributed teams across time zones. Proven ability to operate independently within structured projects. Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
