Summary of Role: Our client is seeking a Mid-level Systems & Data Lead to own and manage our many technology systems and data . This hands-on role includes configuration , maintenance and integration of Procore, Site d ocs, Sage 100 Contractor, HubSpot, and MS SharePoint, along with support ing business data needs through reporting and analytics. As the company's first technology hire, you will lead all technology projects and roadmaps in collaboration with the COO and L eadership team. You will have ownership of all current and future technologies. This is a chance to get in on the ground floor of their technology journey, including its use of AI. As data lead , you will build reports and combine data across systems to provide critical business insights. You will be an integral part of a planned data warehouse build out. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, teamwork -driven culture, excels at independent work and proactive communication, and can manage complex technical systems. They are a self-starter with experience leading projects and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: System Ownership & Support Serve as technology lead for all our technology systems (Procore, Sitedocs, HubSpot, MS SharePoint , and more ), along with our data reporting systems Own and manage system configuration s , integrations , and roadmap of all systems Configure system features , for example : user roles, profiles, permission sets, custom objects, forms, flows, validations, etc. Support all system users in their daily use of technology Lead staff trainings for systems , reporting tools, and other technologies Data Analytics Develop and manage data reporting across the business, including dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc insights Ensure data quality and consistency across platforms Manage implementation and maintenance of new data warehouse system Project & Vendor Management Design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements Stay up to date on system releases and apply relevant new features Drive technology vendor partners to deliver secure, scalable enhancements Evaluate and pilot new technologies to improve construction efficiency, safety, and collaboration (i.e. wearable cameras) Related Experience and Educational Requirements: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science , Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience administ er ing platforms such as Procore, Sitedocs, HubSpot, and MS SharePoint Hands-on experience working with complex SQL queries for reporting Proven ability to work cross-functionally with field, finance, and project management teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable insights from data Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing projects independently Strong work ethic with a self-starting mindset Customer - oriented with positive outlook Preferred Qualifications: Experience with writing reports and dashboards in Power BI Experience with data warehouse platforms Experience in any of Procore, Sitedocs, or HubSpot Experience in an ERP system like NetSuite or Sage Experience managing MS SharePoint file system Why Join?
