ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY
LoveShackFancy began in 2013 with a beautiful hand-dyed halter dress that founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen created for her bridal party. This single creation, intended to celebrate love, has blossomed into a brand full of romantic, dreamy, and optimistic offerings including clothing, tabletop items, bedding, swimwear, ski gear, travel accessories, shoes, and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Client Engagement:
Welcome and assist all customers with polite and informed service. Help clients find the perfect styles by understanding their needs and preferences. Manage transactions efficiently by retrieving needed sizes from stock, maintaining a tidy fitting room, and following up on new arrivals.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure the store maintains high visual standards daily. Organize and display merchandise correctly, and guarantee a range of styles and sizes are available on the sales floor.
Operational Duties:
Adhere to all sales procedures in the POS system, including accurate client data capture. Keep the cash wrap area organized and stocked. Provide excellent phone service and assist with in-store and off-site events by preparing and organizing as needed.
