Job Description
JMA Solutions has a full-time opportunity available for a
Senior System Security/Information Assurance Analyst
supporting the
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The incumbent must provide
NAS systems security engineering and information assurance support
under
Engineering Services (ES), Computer Systems Development (CSD), and Computer Systems
Support (CSS).
This position is part of a proposal we are sourcing and is ONSITE at one of the following locations: Washington, D.C. Oklahoma City, OK Anchorage, AK and Egg Harbor Township, NJ

Duties will include but are not limited to:
Conduct security risk assessments and implement security controls based on NIST RMF. Assist in developing cybersecurity policies, procedures, and compliance documentation. Perform vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, and system security evaluations. Support security compliance efforts, including FISMA and other federal security mandates. Collaborate with engineers and developers to integrate security best practices into system architectures. Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents, providing remediation recommendations. Job Requirements
Technical Skills: Knowledge of
NIST RMF and cybersecurity best practices. Familiarity with
security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners. Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership.
Certifications:
CISSP, Security+, or other cybersecurity-related certifications (preferred).
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Eight (8) years of relevant experience.
SALARY:
$109,000 - $118,000 depending on level of experience and education. JMA offers a full benefits package with vision, health, dental and life insurance as well as a 401k match.
