Position type: Permanent Duration: Fulltime Location: Atlanta, Georgia, US As a Business Analyst (Scrum Master), you will: We are looking for a Scrum Master with Banking domain knowledge and business process analysis skills who is excited and passionate about bringing new products to market. The individual will have the opportunity and responsibility to work across all aspects of the solution - feature requirements, architecture and design, implementation, and customer integrations. The individual will join a team of talented engineers working in a fast-paced, agile environment, developing a groundbreaking, multi-tenant, cloud-based payments platform. A qualified candidate will ensure projects are executed well and delivered as promised with high quality and customer satisfaction. The Ideal Candidate will have: BS in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or related/equivalent experience 8 years of experience in Tech Lead/Scrum Master 5 years of experience in Agile project management Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation Manage sprint reviews, scrum ceremonies, and backlog to satisfy project requirements Mentor team and project partners in agile standard methodologies Manage agile toolsets, project support, and priority gathering Utilize data to measure and track performance results and monitor progress across the project lifecycle Drive overall coordination with stakeholders and team Familiarity with API integrations and system integrations Proficient in stakeholder management, team leadership, and mentoring Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, PM & ALM tools e.g. Azure DevOps or Jira Preferred - Experience in working on tokenization projects, card payments Ability to work closely with on-site and off-site teams in a fast-paced Agile environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with strong and proactive work ethic Exceptional organizational and time management skills Experience with Git or comparable source-control tool Strong oral and written communication skills, leads communication across different IT and business teams Lead development team and provide technical leadership Fluent in English Works independently, often determining own work priorities Strong collaboration, multi-tasking, and organization skills Good to have skills: Prior Financial Industry and/or payments experience Experience with Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket) Agile coaching and SAFe Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
