Lead Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to join our mission of creating the modern and secure developer workplace, where efficiency, security, and innovation converge. This role focuses on shaping the future of application development, DevOps, and data security by working on Citrix's cutting-edge developer platform based on a Secure Cloud Development Environment. As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will deploy, configure, and optimize secure, scalable solutions that empower developers and enterprises. You will collaborate with customers and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation, providing hands-on support, guidance, and mentoring to uphold technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Personal Leadership Deploy and configure scalable, secure, and innovative software architectures for our developer platform. Lead development of features, optimizations, and integrations to enhance the platform. Drive customer process improvements in application development, DevOps, and data security. Create prototypes and PoCs to set standards and align with secure development principles. Cross-team Collaboration Contribute to the technical product roadmap aligned with organizational goals. Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative culture. Work with Product Managers and other teams to deliver secure, efficient, and innovative solutions. Customer Success Advocate for best practices in secure development and modern DevOps. Engage with customers to understand needs and ensure solutions align with their goals. Support platform adoption through training, support, and guidance. Qualifications Experience in senior technical roles with expertise in system design and scalable solutions. Strong understanding of code development, pipelines, workflows, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, containers, and virtualization, with familiarity in Citrix DaaS products. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Cloud Development Environments and developer platforms. Understanding of data security practices related to development and deployment. Experience leading impactful projects and setting technical direction. Exposure to product management and business strategies. Why Join Us?
