401K plan with up to 6% employer match Paid Vacation and Holidays Shift Premium Health and Wellness Programs Tuition Reimbursement Programs Safety Boot Reimbursement Program Growth Opportunities The role of the Production Support Technician (ECC) is to provide support to the production group by setting up, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining preheat and temporary utility equipment including items such as strip heaters, temporary distribution panels, heater timer boxes, power supplies, stud guns, ventilation blowers and hoses as well as lighting cords and cables. Production Support Technicians are also responsible for monitoring heat and recording and maintaining those readings in a log book Qualified candidates must be mechanically inclined and have a working knowledge of electricity and of working safely with it This position is located at the Quonset Point facility in North Kingstown, RI. Qualifications

Required: High school diploma/GED, OR, a minimum of 2 years related technical experience 1+ year of experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience and/or formal relevant training Must be available to work all shifts and work overtime as needed Candidates must possess basic mechanical knowledge to be able to effectively support mechanical repairs when the need should arise Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces and in extreme temperature conditions as required Individuals are required to possess their own basic hand tools Preferred : 3+ years with Electrical and Mechanical diagnostic and repair experience Preference given for Vocational,Technical and Community Colleges or Apprentice Programs Familiarity with ATICTS, MRP II, SPARS, AT&A Timekeeping is desired Journeyman electrical, pipefitting or plumbing experience Military/ Navy experience Skills

Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Applicant will be required to work in a collaborative team environment and organizational goals Candidates must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and with minimal supervision
