Your Impact The Senior Enterprise Architect will lead the design of target-state architectures, roadmaps, and solutions focusing on product group-level technologies or within specific architectural domains. This role involves collaborating with development teams, delivering architectural solutions, and providing guidance to ensure adherence to target-state architectures, standards, and roadmaps. What You Will Do Define current state enterprise architectures that align with the enterprise strategy and propose new architectures when necessary. Build architecture solutions for specific technologies and collaborate in developing complex cross-domain solutions. Create documentation for the Architecture Review Board and advocate for architectural governance, standards, and best practices. Consult with application owners to identify weaknesses and suggest improvements, collaborating with leadership to prioritize projects. Research industry trends to assess their potential impact on your focus area. Educate the business on enterprise architecture standards to ensure consistency across the organization. Develop architecture roadmaps for technology deployment, risk reduction, and alignment with business strategies. Minimum Qualifications 8 years of IT experience 5 years in IT system design or architecture 2 years of leading technical teams Experience defining target state architectures and roadmaps Familiarity with large, matrixed organizations Interaction experience with senior leadership in an IT role Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, CIS, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred Skills/Experience 3 years of integrating commercial off-the-shelf packages 2 years working with third-party IT vendors or system solution providers 2 years experience with enterprise architecture frameworks IT experience in the retail industry Benefits 401k with up to 4.25% match Bi-annual Cash Bonus Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan (15% discount) Tuition-Free Education 10-week Maternity/Paternal Leave 10% Associate Discount For details on our benefits programs, please refer to our website.
