Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation teams through sophisticated technical solutions utilizing Appian and related technologies. Guide clients in Agile methodologies, quality assurance, and governance for multi-application platform implementations. Support design, development, and testing activities across various client projects. Coordinate large-scale implementation teams with multiple development pods. Provide architectural design guidance, platform scalability advice, and configuration management strategies. Ensure solutions are optimized for scale and performance. Create and document best practices for implementation and internal knowledge sharing. Offer thought leadership on process improvements. Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools. Mentor, train, and empower team members. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions. 5+ years of relevant IT experience. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field. Active Lead Certification. Proven experience in Appian delivery using Agile methodologies. Strong technical design and implementation skills. Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing. Organizational skills with attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with RDBMS technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB). Familiarity with web services, integrations, and middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion). Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be able to obtain security clearance. Preferred Skills: UI/UX design experience. Understanding of Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of authentication methods (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP). Data management and visualization/Business Intelligence skills. Experience with DevSecOps and Configuration Management. Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Why Join Us?
