Empathetic and engaging individuals. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers to identify, define, and deliver meaningful insights about product opportunities. Lead user-centered research throughout the product development lifecycle, employing methods such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, concept tests, and competitive analysis. Plan, design, and execute research studies aligned with business objectives, including defining research questions, designing surveys/interviews, recruiting participants, analyzing results, and presenting findings. Facilitate group discussions and brainstorming sessions to ensure team alignment. Generate actionable insights for product features and communicate findings through clear reports and presentations. Job Qualifications:

BA/BS or Masters degree in Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related research/data field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience conducting end-to-end user research studies. Ability to translate team requests into rigorous research questions. Reflective mindset to evaluate and improve research processes. Innate curiosity and drive to explore vague or complex questions. Positive attitude and proactive approach. Strong written, verbal, storytelling, and presentation skills. Self-starter with a willingness to learn quickly. What We Offer:
