Microsoft Power Platform Administrator Location: Austin, TX 78751

Remote Policy: Primarily remote; occasional on-site meetings may be required. Candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of Austin, TX.(no relocation assistance will be provided) Job Description: The Power Platform Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting applications and services within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This includes Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The role ensures high availability, performance, and security of Power Platform services, and involves working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to implement solutions that align with business goals. Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain Microsoft Power Platform environments. • Build and support custom applications using Power Apps and workflows in Power Automate. • Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, and external data sources. • Monitor and improve performance, reliability, and scalability of Power Platform solutions. • Provide support for existing solutions and troubleshoot issues related to Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. • Create and maintain technical documentation and process guides. • Collaborate with IT, development, and business teams to assess needs and provide scalable solutions. • Follow security and compliance best practices in managing data and access. Required Skills: • 5+ years: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • 5+ years: Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure integrations. • Strong understanding of Power Platform administration, environments, connectors, and security roles. • Experience with DAX, Power Query, and building custom connectors. • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and general Microsoft 365 administration. Skills: • Experience with Dynamics 365, Common Data Service, or Azure Logic Apps. • Knowledge of governance and administration in enterprise Power Platform deployments. • Experience supporting enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and embedded reporting. • Understanding of licensing, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and security models. Additional Information: • Candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of Austin, TX. • Relocation assistance is not available. • Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. • Start Date: July 1, 2025 • End Date: August 31, 2025 (with possibility of extension)
