Responsibilities
Develop new products and work on cost reduction strategies. Participate in the creation and development of product specifications. Produce and guide the development of conceptual designs into practical applications. Create detailed circuit and hardware drawings along with software code. Identify and analyze applicable design standards. Utilize engineering analysis tools and techniques. Review and create instruction manuals and product literature. Define and lead the development of prototypes and conduct lab and field tests. Collaborate with manufacturing to improve processes.
Essential Skills
Bachelors degree in electrical, computer or software engineering, computer science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in new product development with proven success in producing innovative products. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Outstanding engineering and technical aptitude. Strong mentorship and training capabilities. Effective project management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in hardware, design, firmware, PCB, digital, analog, and Linux environments.
Work Environment
Work in a dynamic environment using advanced technologies and equipment. Collaborate with a team dedicated to innovation and improvement. Dress code is business casual.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $75.00/hr.
