Knowledge of API testing using SOAP UI (good to have, not mandatory). Ability to work independently. Understanding of agile methodology. Preparation of automation test scripts and common functions for all requirements. Experience in analyzing issues, debugging, and fixing script issues. Experience in automation feasibility analysis. Experience in estimating automation effort. Understanding different applications and workflows at the business scenario level. Knowledge of test execution lifecycle. Responsibility for communication with development team for urgent issues. Experience in implementing framework design. Communication with manual testing team and providing on-call support. Preparation of test summaries and daily status reports. Knowledge of automation using Cypress (optional).
