Job Description Position Title: IT Project Manager Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Atlantic City, New Jersey (onsite) Experience level: 3-7 years A premier casino and resort is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team. Reporting to the CIO, the IT Project Manager is responsible for the execution of a property-wide agenda to build and support a productive tech-savvy workforce. The IT Project Manager will assist the IT Department with managing tasks related to applications implementations, upgrades, and development. Responsibilities Organizes, creates, and manages the project plans in the IT department. Assists the technical and functional teams in the coordination of projects, meetings, and tasks across the entire portfolio of IT projects. Assists in maintaining tasks in project management platforms in collaboration with IT team and stakeholders on IT-driven projects. Manages project intake, scope, objectives, and approvals; convenes regular project review meetings and documents project decisions. In conjunction with IT leadership, assists with developing and executing IT training materials on the various applications supported by the department. Coordinates and manages meetings with internal departments and external vendors. Maintains knowledge of applications as well as new training methods and techniques. Able to clearly present project status, risks, and action items to project stakeholders and executive sponsors. Qualifications Three to seven years related experience in a fast-paced business environment with demonstrated ability to organize groups. Excellent facilitation/public speaking skills and demonstrated ability to moderate large groups. Professional, creative, and effective written and oral communication skills. Experience with or related project management software is a plus. Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree.
