1 week/month onsite travel to Middletown, PA About the Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled

SAP ChaRM (Change Request Management) Subject Matter Expert (SME)

to support the implementation and maintenance of a complex SAP ChaRM environment within an SAP S/4HANA Cloud ecosystem. This is a dynamic opportunity to work on a transformative back-office solution that empowers digital customer engagements across multiple platforms including web, mobile, chat, and IVR. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement SAP ChaRM in SAP HANA Cloud environments, including technical and functional configurations. Establish SAP ChaRM for multi-landscape environments involving SAP S/4 HANA, Convergent Charging, and Convergent Mediation. Document technical artifacts, test plans, configurations, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy development and solution maintenance. Lead integration gate reviews and support change management audit readiness. Analyze the impact of new SAP releases on existing landscapes. Mentor development and operations teams on SAP ChaRM usage and optimization. Provide technical leadership and drive standard adherence across the project. 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ChaRM implementations. Proven expertise in SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience working within cloud-based SAP S/4HANA environments. Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM components including Convergent Charging and Mediation. Proficient in SAP Basis Administration, including upgrades, patches, and add-on installations. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience troubleshooting complex SAP ChaRM configurations. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred). SAP certifications in one or more of the following: SAP ChaRM, SAP Basis Administration, SAP Solution Manager, SAP HANA, SAP BRIM. Additional Information: Must be able to travel to Middletown, PA for on-site meetings one week per month. Full-day in-person orientation required at project start.
